Renal disease unit & Haemodialysis Centre (RDU&HDC) has won the first prize of The Sudan Program for Regular Peritoneal Dialysis (SPRPD)
Our centre statistically number one for the first year 2005 - 2006 ( Best care & least peritonitis outcomes) in the Sudan as reported by the committee of SPRPD.

Now Renal Disease Unit & Haemodialysis Center multifaceted CAPD training and monitoring center. In addition, we offer a Self-Care CAPD program in which patient's administer his own dialysis treatment with the support and supervision of the unit staff. In the event patient requires hospitalization, hemodialysis and CAPD are provided on an inpatient basis.
The nursing staff, technical staff, social workers and dietitians are knowledgeable, caring professionals who take pride in providing the best in comprehensive care. Ongoing educational services will help patient and his family to understand illness and treatment.
